Thanks to all who participated - in the USA, books have now been released to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, California, Oregon,Illinois, California, Texas, Massachusetts, Washington, Iowa, New York, Ohio, Colorado, Alabama, Virginia, and North Carolina. Outside of the USA they have been released in Argentina, Cuba, Canada, England, and Germany. Please use the "Comments" button to share your responses.
